In this workshop we will explore the nutritional and physical needs of a body that is entering its Vata (Air) stage of life. Ayurveda is art of life and donates the practitioner with information and knowledge that will give health & longevity.
The first half:
We will explore Ayurvedic nutrition principles, learn about simple techniques to prepare food and find out good food combinations to prevent disease and weight management.
The second half:
Yoga is a sister science of Ayurveda. Yoga will give flexibility, suppleness and strength to anyone whatever the age. We will do 1.5 hrs of yoga exploring our body alignment, asanas that target pelvic and hip joints to maximise mobility and stability.
You will leave this workshop feeling lighter and ready for to face the coming years with strong body & mind.
Sine Ozsoy has been living with Ayurvedic principles after treating an auto immune disease with Ayurvedic science. She has studied Ayurvedic Lifestyle Therapies & Dravyaguna (Pharmacology) and now works as an International Ayurvedic Consultant. She has been practicing Yoga for 25 years and teaching in 3 different countries for the last 10 years. She is dedicated to both sciences and loves to spread the word of Ayurveda & Yoga.
