Rita has been a yoga teacher and movement educator for the last 9 years. She now teaches Prenatal and PosPartem Yoga at the Aldeia.

Prenatal Yoga provide a safe foundation of heathy movement grounded in alignment, trough physical, mental and spiritual practices. This classes bring women the feeling of peace, confidence and trust in the natural process of birthing. 

Yoga PosPartum it is a practice to move with integrity, connect with love and recovery with compassion all your body after birth. This space will give you conscience and tools you need to have a heathy and happy pospartum, while increasing your connection to your baby
