Psychotherapy is about getting us in touch with our unconscious mind in order to

understand it and restructuring it in an integrated way. It releases blockages (traumas)

that have been transformed into beliefs and patterns - personal, physical, emotional,

mental and relational - restoring confidence, assertiveness and personal strength.

 

A Psicoterapia trata de nos colocar em contacto com o nosso inconsciente, de

forma a compreendĂȘ-lo, reestruturando-o de forma integrada, libertando

bloqueios (traumas), que se foram transformando em crenças e padrÔes -

pessoais, físicos, emocionais, mentais e relacionais - resgatando a confiança, assertividade e força pessoal.
