A Ayurveda é uma medicina natural e a combinação de ciência e filosofia que abrange muito dos aspectos físicos, mentais, emocionais e espirituais necessários à saúde. A palavra vem do sânscrito Ayur - que significa vida, e Veda - conhecimento ou verdade.
Dentro do sistema ayurvedico existem várias massagens e técnicas que são aplicadas de acordo com a necessidade de cada indivíduo, de entre elas, as seguintes:
Massagem Ayurveda Tradicional
- A massagem Tradicional Ayurveda é realizada com movimentos específicos e ritmados por todo o corpo, com o objectivo de nutrir a pele, desintoxicar o organismo, relaxar os músculos, articulações, acalmar o sistema nervoso, revitalizar os tecidos, minimizar o stress, os estados melancólicos e depressivos, a ansiedade e as insónias. Corrige a postura corporal e revitaliza, tonifica e relaxa os tecidos musculares.
A principal característica é a utilização de óleo preparado aquecido de acordo como Dosha de cada indivíduo e o seu equilíbrio. É a massagem aplicada a nível de prevenção e manutenção.

- Antigo e complexo sistema de massagem terapêutica, cujas raízes vêm dos fundamentos milenares do yoga e da ayurveda . Dessa riquíssima combinação surgiu uma poderosa terapia que mistura uma sequência harmoniosa de massagem rítmica, pressão, yoga passiva, reflexologia, torções suaves, trabalho de energia, exercícios de respiração (pranayama) e posturas do yoga, (asanas) aliados a técnicas de relaxamento profundo e meditação.

Terapia Marma
- Marma Terapia consiste numa massagem dos pontos energéticos espalhados pelo corpo, através dos quais deve fluir o Prana (energia vital) ou seja quando se estimulam os 107 pontos marma estão a afectar-se os Chakras, contribuindo para que a energia vá fluindo sem bloqueios por todo o corpo e mantendo, assim, a saúde do indivíduo. Os bloqueios energéticos podem advir de vários factores como: sofrer lesões no corpo, a adopção de posturas físicas desadequadas, situações emocionais destruturantes ou traumas, má alimentação, stress acumulado ou a existência de alguma doença susceptível de interferir no fluxo do Prana por todo o corpo.

- Abhyanga - significa, em sânscrito, untar, friccionar com óleo; É uma massagem terapêutica facial e corporal realizada com óleos de ervas naturais, com um conjunto de movimentos contínuos, que vai promover a revitalização dos tecidos e a remoção de toxinas. Esta massagem estimula os cinco sentidos.

Within the Ayurvedic system there are several massages and techniques that are applied according to the needs of each individual, among them the following:
Traditional Ayurvedic Massage
- Traditional Ayurvedic massage is performed with specific and rhythmic movements throughout the body, with the aim of nourishing the skin, detoxifying the body, relaxing the muscles, joints, calming the nervous system, revitalizing tissues, minimizing stress, melancholic and depressive states, anxiety and insomnia. It corrects the body posture and revitalizes, tones and relaxes the muscular tissues.
The main characteristic is the use of prepared oil heated according to the Dosha of each individual and its balance. It is the massage applied at the level of prevention and maintenance.

Yoga Massage
- Ancient and complex therapeutic massage system, whose roots come from the millenary foundations of yoga and ayurveda. From this very rich combination came a powerful therapy that mixes a harmonious sequence of rhythmic massage, pressure, passive yoga, reflexology, gentle twists, energy work, breathing exercises (pranayama) and yoga postures (asanas) allied to deep relaxation and meditation techniques.

Marma Therapy
- Marma Therapy consists in a massage of the energetic points spread by the body, through which the Prana (vital energy) must flow, that is, when the 107 marma points are being stimulated, the Chakras are being affected, contributing for the energy to flow without blockages all over the body and thus maintaining the individual's health. The energetic blockages can come from several factors such as: suffering injuries to the body, the adoption of inappropriate physical postures, destructive emotional situations or trauma, poor diet, accumulated stress or the existence of some disease that can interfere with the flow of the Prana throughout the body.

- Abhyanga - means, in Sanskrit, to grease, to rub with oil; It is a therapeutic facial and body massage performed with natural herbal oils, with a set of continuous movements, which will promote the revitalization of tissues and the removal of toxins. This massage stimulates the five senses.
