Everything in this world can be described by the 5 elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether). Ayurveda and Yoga bring balance to our lives by feeling and balancing our nature and thus the individual composition of the 5 elements in our body.
This one-day workshop will give you an insight into the 5 elements system of Ayurveda and its application in your life, your diet and your yoga practice.
5 Elements Yoga
In this part of the workshop, you'll learn about the effects of the 5 elements in your personal yoga practice, as well as the use of essential oils.
• Part 1: Influence and effect of the 5 elements in various yoga asana (yoga poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises).
• Part 2: Influence and effect of essential oils based on the 5 elements in the final calming Yin Yoga practice.

Learning more about yourself can help you live a balanced life, promote your health, and have more energy in your daily life.
• Part 1: The Doshas - triad of personality
You will learn to recognize your individual body type (Dosha) and its characteristics and how to achieve your inner balance.
• Part 2: We show you the basic techniques of Thai Yoga Massage to share with your partner, friends and family.
