Rita Antão, graduated in Industrial Chemistry with a specialty in organic chemistry in 1997. Naturopath and specialist in Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2010. Researcher on Western and Oriental plants since 1998. Studies and applies dietics according to Chinese medicine, along with other concepts of veganism , crudivorismo and hygienism. Rita developed detoxification methods through food and phytotherapy, applying the diagnosis of Chinese medicine and the concepts of naturopathy.

Graduated in Chinese Medicine and specializing in Chinese Dietetics and Women's Health. Its mission is, through the ancient knowledge that was transmitted to it in its studies and by the masters Dra Rita Antão, Dra Radmila Jovanovic and Dra Aviva Room, provides the necessary tools to its patients so that they are able to balance themselves psychologically and physically, and feel good about themselves again. Sónia Gameiro finished her training in Traditional Chinese Medicine at ESMTC in 2019. She attended and completed the internship in a clinical context in the discipline of Tui Na (2015-2016) of about 220 hours. Starting an independent and constantly amazed and fascinating journey in the discovering of a universe as challenging and exciting as Tui Na. Since 2017 in partnership with the “Place to pause” retreat in Sintra which uses Tui Na therapy.
Sónia considers Tui Na as one of your favourite therapies complemented by Suction cups and Gua sha to which she gives her body and heart.

Ana Leonor is highly sensitive and has a vast experience and understanding of the nature of body, movement and the human condition. She studied at the University of Psychology I.S.P.A. (1992-1997) and later graduated from the Iokai Shiatsu Amsterdam with a complementary certificate of Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology from the University Shenzhou of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Amsterdam. She is also a dancer and dance teacher in the field of Improvisation and Body∞Mind Awareness.
